Design For Manufacturing
Our software and experience will purposefully design your parts for the appropriate method of mass manufacturing. We work extensively to get your parts made to spec, assembled, and delivered.
3D Printing
Revision Utilizes many forms of 3D Printing such as SLS, SLA, FDM, and CFF. 3D printing can be a suitable method of production for low volume manufacturing or simply making prototypes.
Prototype
Revision is capable of creating a range of prototypes best suited to your needs and budget. For example: functional, aesthetic, demonstrative, and functional aesthetic prototypes.
CNC Machining
Sometimes parts are required to be precision cut out of more durable materials to a high standard. We utilize both conventional CNC milling machines as well as CNC routers for sheet goods.
Casting
We utilize casting where necessary. We create our own silicone molds to cast a urethane or resin specific to your needs. Casting can be a cost effective method to produce a bunch of parts with great surface finish.
Laser Cutting
Revision's CO2 lasers are capable of cutting through wood and plastic as well as engraving wood, plastic, and metal.
Vapor Smoothing
Our vapor smoothing capabilities can take your FDM parts to the next level by transforming the surface into a glossy surface. Vapor smoothing utilizes a chemical vapor to remelt and smooth the exposed plastic resulting in a glossy exterior.
